CDBG: CIT receives Community Development Block Grant funds from the City of Garland to assist their residents with counseling. These funds are for low income Garland residents and require that you provide proof of residency and income. Please call the office to set up a time to come in and bring your information.

CDBG-CV:  CIT receives Community Development Block Grant funds from the City of Garland to assist their residents who have been affected by Covid-19.  Individuals who are having stress or anxiety due to the Pandemic, loss of job or decrease in income or death of a family member  can qualify to receive counseling.  There is a small co-pay that ranges from $0 – $15.  Please call the office for details.

Sliding Scale: Our staff sliding scale ranges from $60 – $100 per hour based on income and family size.
