Family Tree
The Family Tree Program provides family counseling at no cost to families in Garland and Dallas Counties. The program generally provides family counseling to families who are experiencing changes in life circumstances, school issues, behavioral issues, communication breakdowns, grief, and general family struggles.
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program supports community development activities to build stronger and more resilient communities. To support community development, activities are identified through an ongoing process. CDBG offers the residents of Garland counseling services at a reduced cost.
Counseling Interns
Counseling interns work under the supervision of a licensed counselor to gain experience and work toward licensure. An intern is experienced enough to counsel clients, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. Counseling interns are available at a reduced cost.
Rowlett Senior Support Program
CIT provides group and individual counseling to seniors 55 and over who are residents of Rowlett. This program is sponsored by Senior Citizens of Rowlett and funded through the city of Rowlett. Weekly Groups are held at the Rowlett Recreation Center on Main St. Please call the front office for times and details.
